SWDB5 Indoor Click Locking SPC/PVC Vinyl Flooring Tile Sheet Extrusion Machine
One step extrusion with online decoration film lamination,wear-resisting layer at top and bottom with sound insulation cushion
layer
1)Surface can be laminated with different design decoration film
2)Laminate wear-resisting layer at top surface
3)Emboss with different design
4)Sound insulation cushion layer can be laminated at bottom side
5) On line Embossed in register (EIR) can be installed when required
SPC Floor sheet production flow chart
1. PVC powder and CaCO3 with additives mix together in mixing unit.
2.Extruding PVC flooring with conical twin-screw sheet extrusion line
3. UV coating line for strengthening the product surface
4.multi-side saw for cutting into small pieces, 5.slotted line for opening the click system.
6.Crush the waste sheet into pcs with crusher for recycling use
Mill the waste pcs into powder with milling machine for Re-extrusion.
